...is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress oru issues . I worked 1 .8 years salary not increase simply says your are in 3 Rd party pay role ( Prabhu operation manager not even pick our calls ) totally waste of my carrier. In BMS operator role is a 24/7 work they only put me one person in site. It's shift based work but they changed me you only wants to come as general shift. But salary will not increased.

Too much process as well politics and once you will serve notice period they will hold your salary and will not release as well will not give you experience letter

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
