New management who turned the company to double digit red in just a few months, lost all big customers and generated huge losses.....so inexperienced, nonprofessional people.

The team was good, there was work life balance. Since the management kept changing lot of challenges where there and I learned to adapt to changes and to stretch myself to get the task to a closure.

Management kept changing almost every year due to which there was no professional growth and no increment.
