Work pressure is tremendous and compensation is ridiculously poor compared to it. Very low chances of appraisal. No respect for employee's personal life, bound by company urgency all the time that even one day leaves are hard to pass even after working 3 to 4 hours past office time every day without overtime paid off. Basically slavery.

Nothing I liked here to stay longer. They talked very goody goody before joining. Wanted to give zero or minuse rating.

...he organisation. Very much departmental approach, no one is working like a team. They give salary hike by seeing faces not by performance. Whatever you are fresher or experience person, please please please do not come in this company.

This company is not suitable for those who want to grow and get succeed in life. Salary ranges are terrible. Your growth is judge on the basis of number of years after the last promotion. Management is always looking forward to achieve more with the employees but with lowest salary. Company is good to learn but worst to grow.

You must forget about personal life and personal work. Compulsory working on sunday ( no week off ) No C-off or OT conversion after spending extra hrs. Egoestic seniors and work culture. continues headache throughout work. No standard processes follows by seniors and then they pressurize to new comers. Terrifc and uncessary morning standing meetings of at least 1hr which spreads lots of negativity and torchure with no limits. which impacts on daily work and spoils surrounding.
