Nothing, company policies maintain by management, HR is very diplomatic and harmful. Financially very poor.

...system. They doing work just like govt office. Always gossiped out of official. Designation wise salary distributed to employees. There is no fixed salary date. At least 2months late running to get the salary. Expense is very poor . Requesting don't go . Gradually they will show you are servant.

I can go out of factory when even I want as the factory remain close ,any day of the month fr the shortage of raw materials

Many thing,the management is below standard,no work atmosphere, no job security, the salary is not paid in time

It was very good to work at Duroply Industries Limited but the management is very bad to which no Development in Marketing activities no budget. Its like nail polish looks good but no satisfaction no job guarantee at all...

First we don't get salary on time. No strict rules and regulations, no support from HO. As we are working like labours.

Work environment is very supportive.And company cares about the growth of each employee.And In plywood industry no match of Duroply Industries Ltd.And I feel very proud to be the part of this company.

Entire team will work with common Objectives, value will be given to team member decision. Feel of responsibility will be created in the culture. Will get all type of supports from mid to top management to achieve the goals

Dislikes

As company is having multiple products, separate verticals should be there to focus on each product. As there will be some limitations from front line person to sell all products, it is getting diluted at front level. Hence lot of value added products sale is not happening, even there is a huge market
