This is training based company and good for those who are fresher and starting the career.

Dislikes

Work load are very high and salary growth and job security are nil. They will treat the staff like pet. You have to unnecessary report to owner and this is only owner based company.

The good behavior of the Directors. They treat the employer as family members. Nothing politics are here. Accommodation facilities are good but fooding no best.
