No work life. Even you need to buy water for your own to srink. No working office on site. You need to sit on blocks and continue to work.

There's nothing to like work with durall system. Salary is on time but hike after 5 years after you join. No paid leaves, even you need to buy drinking water for own. Company does not provide any welfare facility to any staff.

overall experience was terrible . no value of your qualification and skills here, instead u'll forget ur skillset after joining this company .

...evelopment , compensation is only the travel when u go out for companies work .no other benefit apart from that they cut salary for 1 min late mark , coming to companies culture - its worst , company is enriched with politicians at all levels they do not even bother to slap co worker , one can see fight verbally and physically after being part of this company. management is well aware of that but they do not take any actions instead taking actions they support such horrible act by not taking any stern actions against this typ of bad acts . no job security , u can get fired any tym any where , no growth ( professional and personal ) , work satisfaction is good only when u know backbiting , spooning , nd verbal and physical fight .. overall experience was horrible
