Is it fair on Dunzo part For a pickup distance of 1.3 km and the delivery distance is 10.1 km the amount paid for this assignment was 56 RS only and the incentives I will get of 110 RS after completing the total amount of 109 RS ( may the all other assignments pickup and delivery distance is similar or the amount is more lesser also there are many a times the pickup distance is shown 3.8 km while acceptance but in actual the pickup distance is above 4.5 km and similarly the delivery distance is shown 3.6 km but in actual the delivery distance will be not less than 5.3 km and the amount paid for this assignment was 36 RS ) even if 1 RS is less in the total amount of 109 RS than the incentives is not paid for the day it's not even carry forward to next day it's a diplomatic harresment system for the delivery boy I have already experienced a pickup distance of 3.2km and the delivery distance was 2.1km for the amount of 18 RS minimum. DURING ONGOING ASSIGNMENT IF YOU RAISE THE ISSUES FOR THE WRONG NAVIGATION OR EXTRA DISTANCE THE DUNZO SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER WOULD CANCEL THE ASSIGNMENT FROM THEIR END WITHOUT REASSIGNING ANOTHER DUNZO PARTNER AND WAS PENALIZED WITH THE HUGE AMOUNT 1320 RS OF THE PARCEL AND ALSO A DOCKING AMOUNT LIKE 200 RS WILL BE ADDITIONAL ADDED TO THE DELIVERY PARTNER BOOT ACCOUNT My acceptance rate is 100% but due to any technical issues the assignment is not acceptable then automatically the acceptance rate is pulled down to 75% and to complete that one has to complete 20 orders without incentives for example if the pickup distance is 3.9km and delivery distance is 6.4km for the amount of 30 RS it has to be expected and completed and no assurance of returning assignment or any other benefits.
