Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Nothing. The worst of worst is principal Dr. Md. Headayetullah. He hated his employee and deducts salary if he thinks. That money cannot be recovered by any means. I am working as I have not got any chance in other collge. Its better to work in tea stall than working in this shit place

...come to college. He can fire any employee with no reason if he dislikes him/her. Salary is very low and constant through the service period. No increment since 8 years. Have to do rubbish work intsead of reaching. I donot recommend any job seeker to go and give service. Experienced faculty has already left the place for this situations. Not the place for telented people.

Principal himself is the destroyer of college.
