Salary paid on boss decisions, Life at fire. There is no timing in company and employees make money by selling company raw materials Sales is zero and plants are made in illegal lands where the employees hired:fired Girl hired for kitchens, no shift timing

Many time, Boss give extra pressure when you are working on full fledged.

...fore joining them due to their illogical agreements and bond with the employees. They're budding up, that doesn't mean you try to squeeze your employees with all work and no weekends and less pay.

...e city limits and when asked for a variation in timings, I was blindly rejected. Less pay more work.

No job security in this company. Management is not paying on time most of the employees salaries and DA are holded. Worst company policy. I will rate 0 out of 5.

Dislikes

Employees will not get salary on time. DA will be cleared after 45days. Some times sal and DA will be holded by management without any reasons. No job security. Many DBs are affected with their company policy. Terrible work culture

there is so much you can learn at dukes .you not only belong to one department you can work on different department and you can learn different things.

you have to work 10 hours straight some times more and you don't get any Overtime pay.
