Managers behaviour and HR is not supportive. Worst company to ever work. They give good package because employees don’t stick for long. And that’s the reason you get to see lot of openings in this company. I made a very wrong decision of joining kroll.

...ed bosses who worship at the altar of business earners instead of executionists. The salary is peanutsfor the amount of work expected. Not worth the time and effort - it will only break you down as a professional and a person.

Everything is quite decent and fair, and every manager in this organisation is chill and works while keeping work-life balance in mind. In my career, this is the first organisation that cares about their employees.

Iam new to this company but i must say its such a pleasure to work with the company. They quite know how to keep their employees happy. Its fun working here. They are open for suggestions, changes.
