1) They ask teachers to leave the school without any fault and without giving them any prior notice if they get teachers on cheaper salary. 2) All events are kept on Sunday's and no comp off is granted. 3) No trainings promised ever takes place - 0 skill enhancement for teachers. 4) Teachers are expected to stay back till late evening hours for events fulfillment. 5) No PF or medical provided. 6) Young passout from college are preffered, as they are ready to stretch till late evenings, and work for very less salary. 7) Teachers are expected to wear weird costumes and play the characters of different animals for story telling. During this teachers are made to crawl on the floor - what a shame.

Here you are discriminated against according to how much money you have in your pocket and there is also discrimination between male and female staff. If you are male then you will always be discriminated against and if you are female then you will be talked to with great love but if you do not have money then you will not even be talked to properly.

They fire experienced/qualified teachers at their own whims and fancies, when they find young college graduates who are ready to work at very less salary. They actually need air hostess and not teachers to run the school in today's time.
