Management is very helpful and specially in covid situation it provides WFH facility & gives extra perks for internet usage.. Excellent work culture which is primarily employee focused.. Its policy towards employee wellbeing is above par with the competitions in the market..

To be honest , my experience so far has been really positive so hand on heart I have not experienced any cons..

Duck creek is a Great company to work with, Duck creek has Job security, work life balance and good work culture.

Compensation is mostly based on year of experience and pay scale is also similar to IT service companies.

...nt constantly changing / resigning 3. Frequent layoffs 4. No learning curve 5. Salary below average 6. No promotion 7. No appreciation for hard work

-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

Dislikes

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.

Likes

The work culture is really good. Anyone can ask any question to anyone in the organization. Management team is very supportive and always ready to guide employees to achieve their carrier goals.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Little bit difficult to manage work life balance as majority times there are meetings in the evening time and sometimes late night.
