I am Really satisfied form working with the team of Ducima Analytics. I am serving in Ducima Analytics for 2 years now and I got a great annual bonus. The facilities are really pleasing and we get all the national holidays.

I've worked as a social media marketer in this company, and it was the worst ever experience. There's no proper work culture or HR support. Suddenly, they said the client stopped the project and we'll be calling you if there's any openings available. I worked there for one month, but they only paid half of the payment. The worst part is Babu, the MD; he's the worst man ever. There are no proper shift timings; they would say shift timing, but they gave work until 11 pm too. Just morons work there. There's no proper resignation letter or offer letter they gave me. Just worst worst worst!!

I worked here as a system admin for 1year 1month. This company literally lacks professionalism. I was told to do some odd jobs like checking the water availability in restrooms, buying assets for the office using own money(which will be later paid to me). The employee has to keep on reminding the HR about the appraisal cycle, which will be considered only after several months.Finally before leaving the company I've been told to buy a postpaid sim card for the organisation on behalf of my name, and they haven't paid the bill for nearly 6months and I've been getting calls regarding the bill payment which still they(company) have not paid. So prior joining here, if you get selected, it's better to think 10times. I'll advice the fresher's to rather wait and join some other organisation. The HR policies here does not benefit the employees. Many people who joined here have left the company within a week, the way of treating the employees is not fair enough.

All team including HR Usha, Ceo Babu are arrogant. They make multiple calls despite intimating the reason and give threats on call to "why we should not take a second opinion to join the company?" Salaries are not given as per experience and to the ridiculous process in firm, this company has more VP/Directors than employees.

This is my honest review on this company. I had a worst experience in Ducima analytics. Especially senthil was quite disrespectful. He treated all the interns like a kindergarten kid. In fact he was also a fresher to the HR profession. He didn't even know how to treat a candidate who is appearing for the interview. His attitude will differently make the candidate a bad Impression on the company.
