...r colleague personally, no unofficial introductions, no relax sessions, nothing. Just work like a donkey for a salary smaller than an ant, that too without any benefits like insurance, PF , etc. Dear Management, if you're hiring for a full time role, kindly have some courtesy and respect for the employee so that you can train and retain them. Don't act like a cheap 1 dollar freelance client. I couldn't bear all this and left last year, but none of the people are happy with the manager.

The management style is overly aggressive and lacks professionalism, creating a stressful work environment. Salaries are consistently delayed, with no real opportunities for growth despite promises of expansion. The company makes commitments it cannot fulfill, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction among employees. They are pro in damaging more and less managing. That lady manager has ruined our life first and left the company leaving in shackles. Hopeless! She has given us one Saturday off out of 4 and pretends that she has given something very big. Rofl
