Everything is less than 1 star

There is no salary on they give salary like if you are working in jun you will get salary on July 28 or more late even if is off season then don’t thind about salary they give only half salary or sum time they didn’t give salary so this is my feedback i will give you best advice Please don’t go in this company if you signed the contract then you will stuck there if you want to resign you have to pay 3000 aed or more otherwise they will not release you’re passport or pending amount Thankyou

Only problem no increment giving for almost 7 yrs. And delayed salary . no giving service charges to staff. All is boss in the management u can get confused bcoz they have different opinions and decisions make us tension

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
