Racism, same grade get diff salary, no reasearch and opportunity to come up cearer wise , no promotion , tried like shit , cannot ask the line manager for rights , punished with duties.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The support from higher management, like head of section and senior managers. Work life balance, you get 2.5 days of weekend and that's helpful

The volatile behavior of some leads and ground level politics. Some leads are good but some are really bad and least understanding.

First of all I need to thank DHA to given a such opportunity to work over Rashid hospital in pandemic situation.I have gained knowledge and experience in new exposure and the staffs help me alot to over come.

We went as contract staff in emergency crisis,COVID pandemic but unfortunately contract was closed as cases numbers are reduced

The managers. (Unit manager and higher authority) The staff were not heard of their complains. If you will complain the problem is in you. Managers will not accept constructive criticism
