Aside from the CEO’s behavior, there are also frequent, unexplained deductions from your salary that are not disclosed upfront. Additionally, there is absolutely no work-life balance; you’re expected to work from 8 AM to 8 PM some time even till midnight with no regard for personal time. Favoritism is rampant, particularly towards Bengali employees, , receiving open support from the CEO and COO. This creates a divisive and unhealthy atmosphere within the company. In summary, DAG-Negative is one of the worst companies to work for in Nigeria due to poor management, hostile working conditions, unexplained salary deductions, and a complete disregard for work-life balance. Facilities are also not taken care off, they will not provide proper accommodation,car and other expat benefits which they promise.

...they use accountants like informers. When any problem comes they blame the team. There is no salary or career growth. Hence if anyone wants to join, they have to think twice before joining with this distributor as it is a very poor place to work with no clear framework or policies & no power.

... policy is very bad. They ask to travel dangerous areas with bike and luggage. In case you loose material then also you are liable to pay. 5. No safety provided. 6. No policy in case any person meets casualty but you will be asked to travel the whole country on bike. 7. Fake promises. They will change job roles with help of contract. They ask to do any work like kirana store. 8. Work in direct sun during whole day. No canopy was provided. 9. If you ask help and request much then they will end your contract. As per contract you will be asked to pay expenses. 10. No standard of company. If you working in any OEM then joining this distributor will be your worst decision ever.
