Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...learn as a designe engineer. Unnecessary HR policies like you don't get any S.L. if your net pay is under 21k , bcz you will have a company health policy. Last and worst of all is 1 month notice period in probation (notice period) and you won't get any paid leaves in probation, you have take leave without pay, and and the notice priod is 6 months long !!!! ( Moral of the story is, if your pay is greater than 21k only than you got 7 SL otherwise you don't have any leaves in probation. And don't forget probation period is 6 months.)
