...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

Our co employees are comfortable. Area Manager and Branch Manager are so friendly. They can help to solve some critical operations. Area Manager gave motivation to employees. They can help to smooth operation. They will talk to the other branch to get their not-inscanned shipments are getting scanned. We receive some not inscan shipments from another branch. Our Area Manager talked other branch about not inscanned shipments, And he can make for us inscan shipments properly.

Man power was not enough. Salary is very low. Iam working 12 hours shift. And some employees working 8 hours shift our salary is almost same. And also I have 14 months experience. 8 hours shift employees are fresher's. Our trally was not working well. Our systems are very slow for some operations. Stationery also not enough.
