...ment is a full waste - HR has no sense , only they will call you for interviews - After the salary negotiations and selection, they will tell you that their budget is 7-8 lakhs which is too way less than your current salary. - Idiot Managers, who interview you and select you and ask for a F2F discussion just to meet you and after that they will tell you their budget .
