...y work and job role. People are very friendly and professional about their work. Only the salary wasn't enough for me to stay and survive in a outside place apart from home.

My senior executive was very good, but He turned out to be a thief. Yes, you can ensure career growth by ensuring training is given from time to time. There is no job security. Their salaries were very low, and forget about uprisal, there was no social life. The work environment was good. Work-life balance is not expected there unless you fight for it.

Dtdc courier and cargo ltd is a good company friendly atmosphere but low salary and heavy work,if any one asked for increasing salary they directly say if your want to work in this organization work with the same salary otherwise you can leave their organisation

In overall review company is good but low salary I work in this company from last 5 yrs for only 8k salary, at last I leave this organisatuon

They used to pay salary but everytime threaten you that your salary will be on hold/deducted in case you miss deadline They also don't pay FnF

The problem is with 1 man in Ecommerce. He is the problem. He is arrogant man. Don't join ecommerce. Join only if you get 200% hike atleast. That man has very bad past history

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.
