Its a franchise based company . Everything depends on the franchise owner . The salaries are low , workload is heavy and timings are long . If you are working at Dtdc head office at different states , then the companies rules are followed . But at franchise level , it always depends at the whims and fancies of the owner . Job security is nill , there is no such as work culture and company policies doesn't exist .

...you are working at its head office , then the conditions are average and tough . Training is on the job , career growth is slow , salary are average , job security is poor .

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

On time salary…no extra pressure. Work life balance. Appreciation from seniors. Motivational behaviours from seniors.

Huge problem with skill development. Other facilities like TA(3rs /km) for Jm grade,food -400/day for office trip, medical facilities etc are very less!!
