Compensation is good but growth is slow.. Where as need to be more process centric than people..

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.
