Local management doesn’t have clear vision Transparency is not there in local level as well as global network level! Internal clashes! No one team one goal vision No centralised controlled policy on product pricing !

Yes in Panalpina there was job security. Good work culture top management is very much transparent with there down level. Company was good policies and very good appraisal are fair bonus and increments.

No!! Political issues in Panalpina. Never salary deducted good growth for carrier. Good training for application and communication.

There is no job security, they fired employees in middle of lockdown without any compensation despite having good profits in the last quarter.

...ood. But because of corona disaster some employees are out and office is closed. Salary was not increased from two years. I was throw out by making an excuse. They told me that they had not work for me. Now I was out from Sunpharma. In DSV company my last day is 19 may .Now where will I go for job I have my sick mother and wife and two children.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Chamchon spoons company hai.

...veryone getting same hike even employees get 2 stars rating and 4 starts rating. Good bonus fully depending upon line manager mood. 100% unprofessional company. Who harassing each and every employee in probation period. And asking all Saturday working from new employees. Even company offers all Saturdays and Sundays is holidays.
