Overall environment is good. The senior staff is good and guiding.

... is terrible. The salaries are regularly delayed. The work hour system is worse. Employees have to work for upto 12 hours a day with no extra salary.

DSP is a great place to work, DSP has a good working style and culture and a good life and work balance, you can get a lot of opportunities to prove yourself and you can work with experienced team members on large scale and well reputed projects and increase your knowledge and skills in various things and you will have a continues growth in your career as long as you work in DSP.

I really feel in management you will get noticed only if you are close to high people otherwise you are no one here in all the terms.

Large Scale Projects Good Exposure

Long list...Dont know where to start. Work Life Balance is 0. Team leads come at 12pm to work and sit in office till 12 am and expect everyone to reach office on time and sit till they dont leave. Never in life have seen sich a rude HR.... rude to the core-doesnt know how to talk

The DSP Design Associates office has a great culture, I m really proud to work here. I appreciat Mr.Aiman ansari sir, ( Director Of hydrabad Office) and Thank miss rajni Kaur (HR Manager) who choose me as a 3d Visualizer. and thanks to all my colleagues who supported me all the time
