I worked in Chennai ,CEN Team is good for Learning except that team working there is not worth it.

Dislikes

No work life balance , lot of night shifts, didn't got salary on time on many months,Sunday only holiday.Not recommended to join if you want work life balance.

...tal Kollam. Work operations are very slow. Too much false hopes for the clients. Salary and appraisals of the staffs are not proper. Performance measure criteria is a total drama. No innovation involved.

Compensation would be low, heavy work pressure

I would say they are pretty good at maintaining relationship with their on roll employees. The staff is very good when comes to response and they also ensure that the quality of their functionality is adequate.

Dislikes

Nothing much on the dislikes, but they should improve their database systems.

i working at CSR at last 1year , but career growth is less and its was a travel agency and work is full and if you are having less work then the manager will shift the team to handle those work also.

Work is less they will allocate an extra work
