Company has good culture and environment. Really good to work.

Contractual employees should not be taken, take it on payroll. And for contractual employees to hire then gives benefits also to them and the salary also should be more and so that contract employees would not leave the job early.Contractual employees also does not have any personal leave or sick leave or any kind of leave, they have only one paid leave every month.And the timing is 8:30 to 5:00 and their is no holiday on Saturday for contractual employees, but holiday for DSM payroll that is totally unfair.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Compuny polices are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

What is wrong is that company employees are provided with food and contactor employees do not have any facilities.
