Good safety culture, Cafeteria I nice, AC bus facilities, followed 100% compliance, work life balance, Management is quite good, Teammates are supportive .

Salary Is good but no career growth, No further technical knowledge improvement, There is avg. 7_8% hike only every year, welfare is limited, lots of formalities....so on.....

Safety and care for Environment is the most priority for Firmenich. Working environment is quite good. Now company has taken initiatives to give opportunities to downstream people for their individual growth by giving them individual assignments. Company has huge AC cafeteria. Supportive and transperant management. They give Yearly incentives upon market review. Over all, we can say job security is there.

Salary is quite good. But increments is average of 7_8% annually & career groth is v slow for others except Engineering trade.

1.Company cafeteria is superb, 2. High security provide for your company mail account & data storage. 3. Super culture. 4. All facilities provide timely.

1. Comapny not provide parent's mediclaim. 2. Company provide AC BUS for traveling to job but not taking any responsibility if any accident happen in bus & injured employees means employees have own risk during job traveling. 3. Some partiality happen during apprisel time. 4. Uniform not available for shift employees, general shift person have only official uniform.
