...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good safety culture, Cafeteria I nice, AC bus facilities, followed 100% compliance, work life balance, Management is quite good, Teammates are supportive .

Salary Is good but no career growth, No further technical knowledge improvement, There is avg. 7_8% hike only every year, welfare is limited, lots of formalities....so on.....

Safety and care for Environment is the most priority for Firmenich. Working environment is quite good. Now company has taken initiatives to give opportunities to downstream people for their individual growth by giving them individual assignments. Company has huge AC cafeteria. Supportive and transperant management. They give Yearly incentives upon market review. Over all, we can say job security is there.

Salary is quite good. But increments is average of 7_8% annually & career groth is v slow for others except Engineering trade.

Working at Firmenich Aromatic Pvt ltd is very enthusiastic and they believed as a system oriented , employee safety and care is prime focus. Long term vision and sustainable culture are main Goal as per my pont of view..

Sometimes I observe that some people are using mis advantage on behalf of safety and culture of company which leads to restrictions in growth of company which need to be escalated so some projects work became fast and sustainable..Which leads on better customer service..

They have good platform for innovative ideas. Lunch is free and very healthy food they serve every day. Lovely work environment. Garden area is good. They have table tennis room ;)

Just joined firmenich nothing much to dislike about firmenich. I can say formal are mandatory.
