Terrible experience working here They don't respect your hard work, time, or anything. They don't need employees they want sl*av*es. They forcing to work early morning to midnight and not giving a signal week off. Literally they force you to work 24/7 and if u ask even a leave for a day in a week they'll warn you to terminate. Even if you work very hard they'll point out some meaningless things

If you want to take leave then your manager not responsible. He will ask you to submit the leave application and then he will go into the MD desk. This process is taking too much time. If the MD is already in leave then you application will be pending till the MD came in the office to approve. Owner bases company. Poor management. No any policy. Poor experience. Worst company.
