Really great experience in drydocks time to time pay the salary or safe to work for workers at job location and safety department is doing good job for workers side

Not gave the Overtime and some restrictions and hard worker not getting the promotions

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary benifits,bonus,and skill grow is very slow and low process . We can't easily meet the management senior and they won't to listen the employees queries

DWD is a good company and work areas with best Teammates are supportive but each department management are not supported equally. Most of the time they are did parcality with wotk staff. Yearly Appraisal are not fair with workers and they are not give every year bonus

...ere is a lot of politics and manegment are not address front line worker issues. Worker salary are to high defarent with newly joined worker and oldest worker who are joined before five to ten years

Learning training school was very good on safety harness as long as health wise concerned. Work environment was good. Innovation was good. Work life balance was good.

Only mess hall food was not tasty but all the same it wsd very hygienic in the mess hall.
