Nothing to be liked about the company,the management is very poor and non cooperative,very low grade quality of materials and equipment, management is rude and not capable of handling the staff.

Dislikes

Company is very poor in their thoughts and approach,always offensive to staff and never provide salary on time, also may deduct the salary unwantedly to hold the employees and torture them.

It was very bad experience in Drycool systems. There was too much politics and also they don't know how to tall with the person. They was totally mad. They used bad words for the employees.

There was non technical person wants to hand the technical person. how the non technical understand and how can educate.

I all ready worked in this company in 2017 for 2 months. After 2 months some personel problem with me at my home so i leaved this company but i want to jion this company again its very good compny.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
