extra work responsibilities are given that are not in your scope, the company runs on Sundays/holidays most of the time, the canteen quality is the same as Jail food quality, local labour creates too many problems here, bonuses given on minimum wages, not on basic salary. appraisal/increment is less.

extra work responsibilities are given that are not in your scope, No shift reliever other than you, the Company runs on Sundays & holiday most of the time, the Canteen facility are similar to the Jail quality, transportation facility has some good & some bad, company runs on politics, Local labour create too much problem here. bonus given on minimum wages, not on basic salary.
Supporting team and very helpful nature, especially the team leader and technical senior was very helpful. Learning by doing helped in growth and skill development of self for the manufacturing process and costing of production. all in all very helpful team and work life and personal life balance was very good, due to work from home option being available.
HR team was not so supportive as they initially agreed on giving car fuel compensation at actual and later didn't gave any official approval and denied any compensation on the grounds of eligibility.
