...g afternoon shift. 6. You don’t have life if you are working in night hours. 7. Shift allowance are being counted as your part of salary when it comes to appraisal discussion.

There is nothing to be disliked in Druva, the only thing you have to be on Druva payroll avoid being on contract by other company but overall Druva culture and work style is very good

I wish they could hired me on their payroll, I am only upset because I am on some other company payroll otherwise rest all fine

work-life balance takes a hit some places still have large monolithic services, which can be regressive compared to industry salary is not on par with the industry when compared with similar talent in other companies or even competing companies (Rubrik, Cohesity) The promotion process in the initial years is quite slow, and you may lag behind your peers in other companies in terms of pay/level. Some teams are toxic and promote very unhealthy levels of wlb.

Druva possesses a highly supportive and dedicated workforce. Employees at the grass level are very friendly and highly committed towards work.

Druva is a company with potential, but it faces challenges related to its micro-management style and culture of favoritism.

Good Quality development work, ok perks.

Dislikes

Cheap level politics from management and new comers, directors in phoenix. You can get fired any time just by saying performance issue. No Job security. To get promoted you need to have strong qualities of buttering up with manager/director. Join only when you have nothing else then Druva and continue with you preparation.
