The company is absolutely good but the Higher management is self confused what exactly they want in terms of results. They used to change their requirement every day after tomorrow, it directly effects on the employee's those who are working on the field .

Salary will be paid each n every month 1st, While approving salary then did soon will start with reporting manager about month performance. If meeting or discussion goes wrong then They’ll terminate same days only..

Morning will tell one new IDEA, Afternoon one more and evening will be having review on morning idea and percentage of implementation.

Dropshop not given the salary of three months. HR and CEO both are not pics the calls of employees. Without inform the employees company shut down the delhi branch

Everything was not good in this company they are not providing any facilities like esic pf and not a secured job. manager level employees was not a skilled persons they don’t know anything. just delivery boys can know some skills there and the products was near expiry items it’s too bad
