The company was mainly dealing in lubrication systems. Before 4 year ago we have started dealing with hydro products. I feel there is a freedom to do work.

I feel there is no growth in future. I am looking to change. Because I got in salary increase 12% in 4 year. There is no salary timing. Main problems is there finance managing is so poor.
