...foundation is missing. Management does not know that Respecting people is basic. They pay good salaries and lucrative incentives but will delay payments to the level, that the craze of getting that money is gone. If you are "Yes-Yes Sir" person, then you can grow well. Basically someone can only work and stay long here if they can keep their eyes, mouth and ears closed. Else, it's difficult to survive.

This company has a Bright future and salary and other benefits are so good. Our CEO sir is awesome and his commitments are non breakable.

HR team... Non replying any quarry, Very neglecting... Allover 👎 Management team..... Some times they take some wrong decision. Some time they hiring some bogus senior ranked officers.

Very Bad company culture , illeterates managers they don’t know except sales , Type of burden like you have to compromise with self life ,If you have interest to become a patient of blood pressure , sugar ,migraine than drools is excellent choice for you

They abuse employees in very bad intention infront of all in board meeting. No one will behave professionally and always tell everyone do not come from tomorrow please leave the company even when you were performing for last 3 to 4 months. Zero work life balance even on Sundays you should have to attained meeting and do market on every sunday and even you should have to be ready for pickup all the calls even at 12pm in night.

I recommend to everyone in the industry Please never join the company like Drools that it destroys your career with false allegations because of politics and corruption, sitting at top position people plays politics and highly corrupted so better choose jobless but don't work here in Drools
