...ulture (exploiting employees) No benefits at all, no bonus (not even sonpapadi) & worst of all they don't even pay PF(they have more than 30 employees still) There's many more points, I'll suggest to never join this organisation unless you are really in need of job.

... till 5 AM in morning. Its a permanent remote role and no get together as well. Very low salary. No perks and benefits. Exploiting employees and upper management only enjoying. Low client base mostly banks and neobanks. Will be called in weekends every time to work. Get ready to get exploited and harassed. All the best :)

- No work-life balance. - Excessive work pressure. - work load will impact your mental health. - Toxic management that treats employees like robots. You are expected to work on weekends, and there are no time limits. Every day feels the same, with overwhelming workloads and constant pressure. Even on weekends, you will receive continuous calls, and at times, you may have to work through the entire night.

Lot to learn as exposed to multiple clients and their requirements, multiple tools also used.

Dislikes

Work load is alot, sometimes weekends, even midnights, on holidays. Alot of work is dumped on one person alone, people work easily 10+ hours on weekdays. Poor work-life balance.
