Batter point is company give full salary on covid pandemic

Negative points are Working culture, working strategy, top level management. Staff give his full support but when he need support than management says you are in responsible. On the covid 19 pandemic we give our full support but at the end they fire me and says company is in lose but the same time DTP manager says we have lots of work so please so join us as freelancer. DTP team is not in good condition and the reason is Mr. manager.

There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. The fevourite thing working in the company is the positivity working invironment.i love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone.

The work culture is nice and team mates are helpful and supportive and this company works for Wiley so work we get is interesting.

The working hours are hectic and 2nd saturday being the only day off, work life balance is average.

Nothing much. I started as a fresher from there and my manager that time was cool so it was fun to work there in beginning. Later things were not easy.

Job security is poor. Management is also not good. there is no career growth or anything like that.

Good place for those who are interested in learning something new on a daily basis.

No place for new ideas and everything here is so wrong. There no such thing called HR department to deal with any kind of grievances. In addition, reporting authority (in management books) will shouts at you for no reason. During the honeymoon period of employment (initial 45 days) you'll get threat for loosing the job. If you are working at this place then your daily exit time will only matters, no matter how early or how late you have come to the office. Zero professionalism in everything.
