My experience was good and learnt something every day in my field. Timing was good and salary on time. Every person was dedicated and punctual for Thier work.every month organise seminar and meeting.daily update your report and also maintain your records

Compensation is decent but growth was slow.

Likes

Working environment is good among the staff of the same department. What I liked the most is friendly nature of teachers with their students. Even the owner talks to their staff very respectfully. Not much work load, work-life balanced.

Dislikes

What I disliked is the marketing is done by the teacher itself that too in remote areas even through they are having a PR manager for this. It not makes a good impact on their potential students to see their teachers roaming around for the admission in their college. One more bitter truth is the politics over there by the PR manager "yogesh rajput". The decision making process of the college is completely inverted. The lower staff (driver and all) tell something to their PR manager who mostly sits with them, manager tells to the top most authority and they take action without reasoning, without using their common sense. The support PR manager gets from the higher authority is because of the students data he provides for the further admissions in the college.
