Probably one of the most advanced and we'll equipped hospital, was established in the mid of COVID 19 2nd wave to ease the load of patients in other hospitals of Kashmir Valley, the same was also established in Jammu with the same manpower. Unfortunately the hospital was dismantled by the authorities after no patients were admitted following control over COVID cases, today the employees who were hired by GMC Srinagar are on deputation at various associated hospitals and performing their duties there. The hospital has treated over 1000 COVID patients in less than 1 year of time. Though the hired employees are on contract (for a particular time) but the exposure we all hev got from the hospital will always remain with us.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
