I don't know the current status. When I worked till 2015, it was horrible. No proper rules and regulations, no hike, no promotion, no compoff. Need to work on weekends and overtime, but cannot leave 5 min early.

You will learn to manage work load

Dislikes

No proper rules and regulations. It changes depending on the greed of the company. Should work on weekends n extend working hours daily. There is no comp off or allowance. No proportion. It's worst than hell.
