The compensation is really bad and braindesk managerial team is very immature and have less experience. They fool clients by manually changing data without any logic. The top management have the all great benefits and don’t care about the juniors.

Great work culture and teammates are very supportive in nature. Company provides good compensation and benefits to their employees. There are so many opportunities to develop skills.

On the job training is not given to new joinees.

- Company growth is good. - On joining salary is good after that it wont be good.

Dislikes

- Technically everything will be solved using one kind of solution, i personally did not see any growth which helps data engineer to grow further in their career. - Requirements was unclear which makes engineer to lose focus on solving problem in right way. - Not experienced architect in place to groom the team in right direction. - Will get bored in max 6 months after solving some problem statements.

Dislikes

The company has heavy politics, with dominance from team leads and individuals who aligns closely with top-level employees. There is too much partiality and inequality, making it difficult for those not part of these groups to succeed.
