The working staffs in our company are very smooth and easy to co-ordinate with each other and the way they respect each other would be more admirable.

More developments can be done on the basis of salary and also DRA HOMES can concern more about staffs working on the site activities.

The different way of approach towards the problem sloving and employes to upskill the indiviual and the company especially the operational heads who is the back bone of the organisation and the captain of ship our MD.

Abroad trip to all the employees when the business targets are achieved. Process oriented, all done as per the Policy and Good culture.
