Worst place to work with the principal of Dr.pillai he dont respect people at all. I personally dont recommend peoples to work there. Just bcoz of the principal none of the staff is happy in Pillai. Staff is really good but you will not be able to work with that person.

Teachers are not treated badly.School is always in favor of teachers.

Zero development of kids.They only charge the parents for showing T.V. Even some teachers lack Vocabulary and Language skills and try to pull good teachers down.Such teachers butter the heads and parents and win the hearts so that they can survive. Genuinely good teachers with Vocabulary skills and Language skills are pulled down. At,Pre-primary level,each child needs proper development be it cognitive dev.Language dev ,Fine motor or gross motor dev. but there is no set syllabus ,only T.V is shown.Child oriented activities are not planned at all.

Very poor with pre-primary academics....Just taking money for showing kids t.v.. No organised syllabus for childrens development.Inshort they don't give all round development to children...Its total waste of money. If there would be zero or negtive rating I would have surely given them,forced to give 1 star. Teachers are not capable of teaching and those who are capable of teaching,they arr pulled down,some teachers don't even have proper english speaking and vocabulary skills...Too much of internal politics,right from internal management till the teachers....
