compensation is decent , growth is good if you are able to manage the internal politics well.There was a lot of internal politics around the time i left. Instead of appreciating the good work you are doing seniors in the team were busy managing their vested interests and taking away all the credit of good work themselves.it gives you a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction that inspite of your puting in major part of the day 12-14 hrs for the company ,disturbing your work family life all you get is dirty politics,negative recognition, road blocks in your growth taking away all the credit of good work to themselves.

The below comments are applicable only for people working in Network Sales. Things are different in Specialty Sales: No work - life balance. You have to WFH even if you're on leaves and even on holidays. You can get calls from clients as late as 1AM in the morning. On daily basis you start getting calls from clients early morning around 6AM and till around 10PM. Even when you're sick, you have to answer all the calls and reply all the e-mails. No work satisfaction. No mental peace. They can even call you at 4AM in the morning to the field to do promotional activities. You have to distribute pamphlets in parks, malls, markets and on roads in the name of promotional activities. When they launch new packages they will give you unnecessary pressure (a lot of pressure) to achieve your targets and once you achieve your targets they will increase it and will give more PRESSURE to achieve the new targets. No career growth. You have to wait for at least 4-5 years to get a promotion. Appraisals are extremely low as compared to other organizations. A lot of internal politics and favouritism is there in the organization. No job security, they have fired a lot of people who were working for more than 10 years with the organization.
