They give frenchise to any person which is not a well mannered, doesn't give salary , even they dont have any knowledge of this..

That why 3rd party phlebotomy has no respect in this company, 12 hrs of duty not even salary based on qualifications ,performance, experience, Company not considering this all and 3rd party is getting advantage of this and harassing the employe.

I think I have no dislikes still I worked with this by 2years but I want to say that plzzzz take radiology department in your hands not to be franchised bcoz your salary and policy is nice other than the franchised
