Slow growth and Does not maintain standard salary.If one staff works for 20,000 then the same work can be done by another staff for 40,000.Gets the work of three men done by one man.

Somewhat I like the company working culture and policy they made. They give descent compensation and incentives.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't adress our issue especially in hyderabad branch. There is no festival holidays for employee. Only they mention in their calendar.

...g environment . Our hirarichy is so helpfull at every step. Still I'm learning . But if we are doing sales jobs then they have to gave us atleast bonus or incentive.

Nothing is perfect in this world. So i make my vision and mindset clear to see positive in every negative. But please give us incentives and see the difference in working

One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

Only salary part I like this company but Thare is no any difference between local lab and dr lal path lab both companies are same giving salary on time but no any other benefits

I heard working culture of Dr lal is good but today scenario is changed, because I worked 1 year in Dr lal I saw thare is politics in management no one will help you in system
