I like the overall management overthere, work culture are also good, all members and doctors are soo good to help in anything about work.it is really good to work here becouse we are helping the cancer patient and getting their blessings, it is really very nice .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. sometimes , I do receive appreciation emails from my clients ,but they mostly go unnnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Positive working environment and helpful staff, salary received on time. Good workplace to learn something new and improve your skills.

No Mediclaim policy and no EL provided. A grace period of 15 minutes should be provide.

from my side i dont think there is any kind of dislike but i just want to improve the compensation policy ..

...d extremely well that is the only reason they are still the part of the company. Doesn't provide with the salary slips, no proper documents are given at the time of relieving, salary is given on 10th of every month.

No work security, no leaves are granted if in case you fall sick, you can not be friendly with your your colleagues, you are not supposed to talk to them, not a friendly environment to work in.
