Well honestly nothing.

...s. You are often disrespected and no respect is given to your work life balance. every leave you take, you end up getting your salary deducted for the same. If you are late even by 3-4 minutes you half day's salary is deducted. If you make a mistake in your work you 2 day's salary is deducted. There are no lunch or snack times. And every penny that you get in terms of salary you end up working for 10 times more.

...Director uses abusive language not a safe place to work . Poisoning environment. No salary on time unnecessarily deduction they do from salary .

...d extremely well that is the only reason they are still the part of the company. Doesn't provide with the salary slips, no proper documents are given at the time of relieving, salary is given on 10th of every month.

No work security, no leaves are granted if in case you fall sick, you can not be friendly with your your colleagues, you are not supposed to talk to them, not a friendly environment to work in.

I like the overall management overthere, work culture are also good, all members and doctors are soo good to help in anything about work.it is really good to work here becouse we are helping the cancer patient and getting their blessings, it is really very nice .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. sometimes , I do receive appreciation emails from my clients ,but they mostly go unnnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
